Application form can be obtained by paying INR 1000 in cash to SRM University campus. Students have to fill the application form & send it to:

Offline mode:

• You can download the application form from official website of SRM University.
• Fill the DD number, Amount, Date, Issuing Bank & Branch name. Also write your name & application number on the reverse side of the DD.
• Send the duly filled application form along with Demand Draft of INR 1000 in favor of ‘SRMIST’ payable at Chennai to:

Candidate msut have passed B.Sc. Nursing with minimum 55% aggregate marks and 1 year experience. Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing candidates need not have experience. Should have registered in state council of nursing.

• Students will be shortlisted on the basis Medical Entrance Test conducted by SRM University at all India level.
• Shortlisted students will be called for Counselling on the basis of score of SRM Medical Entrance Test.
• Selected students have to submit the Demand draft of INR 100,000 drawn in favor of ‘SRMIST’ payable at Chennai.

Final seat allocation will depend on verification of below mentioned documents:

• Counselling call letter
• Marks sheet of HSC & SSC
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Demand draft of INR 100,000 (Later on it will be added in the tuition fee)
