Obtaining the original mark sheets and original PG certificates from Madurai Kamaraj University is a tedious process. Contracting them via emails or calls is a time waste. You are not likely to receive any response. It is better to visit the Certificate Department of MKU in person.
The physical process is simple. You need to provide all the receipts for payments made throughout the course. After the appropriate examination, the staff will take time to print the significant certificates and mark sheets. Then they will send it through the registered mail.
But most of the time, students need to visit the Certificate Department to collect the documents physically.
