Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC) Wardha Admission 2023: Cut Off, Application process

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Wardha offers MBBS at the UG level with an intake of 200 students. Candidates seeking admission must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Selection to MBBS course is on the basis of NEET UG entrance exam conducted by CBSE, New Delhi.

• NEET UG is an offline exam consisting of 180 questions. Out of these, 45 questions are asked from Physics and Chemistry and 90 from Biology.
• Candidates applying should have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the concerned academic year.
• Candidates should also have to do one year of compulsory rotating internship.
• 15% seats are reserved under All India Quota.

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College offers MD and MS courses at the PG level in various disciplines of Medicines and Surgery respectively along with PG Diploma courses.

Candidates applying to these courses must have passed MBBS from a recognized institute. Selection will be done on the basis of NEET PG score.

Candidates applying for M.Ch and DM course must have passed a Master’s degree or its equivalent in the relevant discipline. All candidates seeking admission to M.Ch or DM course must have done permanent registration with Medical Council of India.

Admission in M.Ch and DM courses is done considering the performance of the candidates in NEET-SS.

• NEET-SS shall be conducted in all specialties for which the corresponding/ MS/DNB degree holders are eligible for pursuing DM/M.Ch. courses.
• The question paper will consist of 200 MCQs for 1 mark each and .25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
