Admission to the undergraduate course is done partly through combined counselling held by Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (85% seats) and partly through the Veterinary Council of India (15% seats).
Admission to the postgraduate course and doctoral course is done through the admission process held by Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (for candidates belonging to the state of Andhra Pradesh) and also through the admission procedure held by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (for non-residents of Andhra Pradesh).

Ans. Yes, the college provides a 25% quota for admission to its undergraduate course for candidates belonging to families involved in farming. The quota is known as the farmers’ quota.
