The Vesaja Patel College, Hemgir (Duduka) Sundargarh was established in the year 1982 and has been named after the great philanthropist Sri Vesaja Patel of village Kundukela. The college is situated on the bank of river ‘Basundhara’, a place of scenic beauty, surrounded with hills, mountains, dense forest and thirty five kilometers from the district headquarters. The college is to provide an excellent opportunity for the expression of thought and ideas for their young students.
