Sree Narayana College (SNC), Kollam Admission 2024: Application process

At the undergraduate level, Sree Narayana College offers BA in eight disciplines, B.Sc under seven disciplines along with B.Com program. Candidates seeking admission to BA, B.Com and B.Sc courses must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board of education. Admission to the UG courses will be granted based on merit obtained in the qualifying examination.

SNC, Kollam offers MA in seven disciplines, M.Sc under seven disciplines and M.Com program at the PG level. In addition to it, the college also offers PG Diploma in Biomedical Sciences. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline from a recognized university for admission to MA, M.Sc and PGD courses. In case of M.Com program, students must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 50% marks. Admission to PG courses will be granted based on Merit in the Bachelor’s degree examination.

Key Points:

• Candidates belonging to SC/ ST Category will be given a relaxation of 5% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• Students who are in final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply to PG programs.

Sree Narayana College offer Ph.D program under eight disciplines at the Research level. Candidates seeking admission to Ph.D course must possess M.Phil degree by research in addition to a Master’s degree or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks. Admission will be granted based on score obtained in UGC/ CSIR or GATE or State Level Eligibility Test conducted by the Kerala Government.

Key Points:

• Candidates belonging to SC/ ST Category will be given a relaxation of 10% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• Selection to Ph.D. course will be done strictly on the basis of score obtained in UGC/ CSIR or GATE of SLET conducted by the Kerala Government.
