Shri Pillappa College of Engineering (SPCE) was founded in the year 2012 and is located in Bangalore. SPCE is approved by AICTE and is affiliated to Visvesvaraiah Technological University, Belgaum and is recognized by the Government of Karnataka.
SPCE Bangalore offers B.E in five disciplines viz. Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Information Science and Engineering.
- The admission to BE is based on the candidate’s merit in COMEDK (UGET) or KEA (CET).
- Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) is a national level entrance examination.
- KEA (CET) is a state level examination conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority.

SPCE Bangalore B.E Admission 2023
The college offers B.E in 5 different specializations. Admission is given on the basis of score in COMEDK and KEA (CET).
Candidates who have passed the second PUC or 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized State/Central Government Board with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates of Karnataka) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and must have passed these subjects individually are considered eligible to appear in COMEDK (UGET).
Candidates who have passed Q.E. with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/English/Computer Science/Biology/Electronics as optional subjects with the minimum aggregate of 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST/OBC candidates) are considered eligible for KEA (CET). The score of qualifying examination and CET are taken proportionally and the rank list is prepared accordingly.

- Candidates are given admission to the B.E. course as per the rank list produced by the concerned authorities.
- Qualified candidates are called for counselling and seat is allotted according to the rank/merit of the candidate in the common entrance test.
