Nabadwip Vidyasagar College Admission 2024: Application Process, Verification Dates, Reservation

Nabadwip Vidyasagar College accepts applications from eligible candidates for its various courses through online mode of application. Applicants must fulfil the eligibility norms set by Kalyani University before filling the online application form. The detailed process of application through the official website of the college is as follows:

• Prospective candidates may start with the application process by clicking on the “Apply Now” button.  
• The applicant will then be redirected to a registration page where all particulars must be filled and the captcha (Mathematical Answer) completed before clicking on the Sign-Up button.
• Upon successful registration, the applicant will receive an SMS from the college with a unique Application Number which must be kept for future references.
• Follows next is the application process which entails filling up the online application form with all the requisite information including choosing the degree applying for.
• A candidate is allowed to apply for a maximum of 4 courses in a single form.
• After filling the application form, candidate shall click on the Save button and then upload his/her recent passport size photograph before submitting the final draft.
• Applicant will now be redirected to the payment page for application fee payment.
• Candidate may use credit/ debit card or net-banking modes for the purpose.
• After payment of fees, applicant must take a print out of the complete application form and fee payment receipt for future correspondence.
• All further updates regarding admission will be published on institute website, of which candidate must keep track from time to time.

Documents Checklist

The following documents must be submitted as attested photocopies at the time of counselling/ admission. The same need not be uploaded/ submitted at the time of submitting the application form.

• Admit card of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination
• Mark sheet of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination
• Mark sheet of H.S./Equivalent Examination
• Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
• SC/ST/PC/Minority Community certificate from the appropriate authority (where applicable)
• One photograph signed by the student
