B.Tech. Computer Science is an engineering undergraduate course in computer sciences. Students who have passed their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible to pursue this course.

 It is a 4 year long course divided into 8 semesters, 2 semesters each year.  The admission process for this course is through entrance exams like JEE, CUSATCAT, TANCET, SET etc. The average tuition fee for this course is around 80,000 INR to 1.2 Lakh INR per semester.

A B.Tech. graduate in Computer Science can work in profiles such as Software Engineer, Testing Engineer, System Analyst and Technical Support Engineer. After passing out successfully, an individual can earn an average package of 2 Lakh INR to 4.5 Lakh INR.

Aspirants seeking admission to 4-year Full-time B.Tech Program should have passed Karnataka 2nd PUC/12th STD or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology/ Biology as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study and obtained a minimum aggregate in the optional subjects.
