MITAOE offers a two year full time MTech degree across various disciplines such as Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design & Embedded Systems). Admission to the M.Tech course is based on the candidates performance in the GATE Examination. 

  • To be eligible for the admissions, candidates need to pass their graduation in engineering from a relevant stream with at least 50% marks as an aggregate.

MIT Academy of Engineering M.Tech Course Details

MITAOE offers a full time MTech program for the duration of two years in three disciplines.

The full tenure of the MTech course is split into six semesters. Last two semesters in the course strictly focus on project work and there are no extra subjects for students to study. Students get allocated with project guides on the basis of their interests who will help them in completing their projects.

  • The MTech course offers various specializations like Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Institute has an active cell responsible for creating placement opportunities for M.Tech students.

MITAOE also offers MTech in embedded systems and VLSI under Electronics Engineering. This course has fewer intakes of candidates maximum 18.
