COEP Faculty

The age group of the faculty ranges from 32 to over 50 years, with some possessing over 40 years of experience. While most faculty members are experienced and have industrial backgrounds, there is a mix of newly joined faculty with less experience. Faculty qualifications include minimum requirements of M.Tech or M.E., with many pursuing or holding Ph.D.

degrees. The student-to-faculty ratio is roughly 1:15 to 1:30, allowing for personalized interaction. Faculty members are committed to enhancing students' technical knowledge and industry readiness, though research-oriented teaching is lacking in some areas. Practical education is emphasized alongside theoretical learning.
