Few of the Facilities that the University College of Engineering Osmania University hosts are as follows:
- Hostel- There are totally 5 hostels including 4 hostels for Boys and 1 hostel for girls. The boys of different years of study in the institution are placed in different hostels. Also, the Internet to the PC/System is also enabled to ensure uninterrupted learning/knowledge gaining.
- Advanced Library- The Advanced library is hosting the OPAC for maintaining and tracking all 86,998 books in the library. It has a Learning Resource Centre. It also provides access to the NPTEL Videos classes.
- In-campus Bank- There is an in-campus bank via an Extension Counter operated by State Bank of Hyderabad. It facilitates various cash needs of the candidates and faculties within the campus itself.
- Medical Facilities- The Institution offers a variety of medical aids needed by the candidates and faculties in case of any emergency situations.
- Students Activity Centre- There are a separate Students Activity Centre operated by the Institution to conduct various indoor game activities during their leisure time in the working hours. It also provides access to the latest Sports magazines.
