PSG Tech BE Metallurgical Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Placement activities begin in the 7th semester with multinational companies participating in recruitment. Out of 54 students, 30 were placed in their respective courses, and 12 secured software positions, achieving an 85% placement rate. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Employers like Tata Steel, Mta Association, PSG Foundry, and Aluminum of PSG Tech are among the recruiters. Internship opportunities are available, with salaries based on student performance.

For students under the government quota, the first-year fees are 21,000 INR, while the following three years cost 12,000 INR each. First-generation graduates pay 17,000 INR for the first year and 10,000 INR for the next three years. Self-support seats through counseling have a fee of 80,000 INR. The institution provides several scholarships, including the Pragati Scholarship for girls, a state scholarship applicable to all, and more than five additional scholarships.
