J.K. Institute of Engineering (JKIE) BE Admission 2023

At the undergraduate level, J.K. Institute of Engineering offers Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree under a number of specializations. BE is offered for four years and the total intake capacity depends upon the nature of specializations opted by the candidates.

In order to get admission, candidates will have to appear either in JEE Main examination conducted by CBSE or CG PET (Chhattisgarh Pre-Engineering Test) conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGPEB). However, final selection will be made through an online counseling.

JKIE offers Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree program at the postgraduate level. The M.Tech degree is provided under two specializations. The program is offered for a duration of two years. The intake for the M.Tech program is 18 seats.

The eligibility criteria for admission in the M.Tech program shall be as per norms laid down by Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai. Admission is done on the basis of merit in GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering). Candidates with a valid GATE score card are eligible for counseling.
