Karimganj College B.Sc. (Hons.) and BCA Courses Eligibility Criteria:

• A student with a minimum of 45% marks in Science subjects is eligible for applying for the honors degree course in the science stream.
• Each stream has one seat for reserved category students where the cut of mark is reduced by 5 percentages.
• A student must have passed English as a subject in HS without any grace marks for honors admission.
• There are specific criteria based on higher secondary subjects and honors combinations as described in the chart above.

Karimganj College B.Sc. (Hons.) and BCA Courses Selection Process:

• The selection procedure is the same for every stream.
• It will be merit-based entirely based on merit and other reservation rules will be applied.
• The admission committee will prepare a list of all potential candidates according to their merit and students have to appear for counseling and pass to secure their seats.
• The decision of the committee with the approval from the Principal of the college is final.
• There are special quotas for physically handicapped and sports personnel.
