Kalyani Mahavidyalaya offers the B.A., B.Sc. and B. Com General courses. The B.A. course is offered in 8 specializations and the B.Sc. course if offered in 9 specializations. The minimum eligibility criteria for B.A., B.Sc. and B. Com (general) courses is that the candidates should have passed 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject.

Selection for B.A., B.Sc. and B. Com General courses will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying 10+2 examination.

Kalyani Mahavidyalaya offers the B.A., B.Sc. and B. Com Honor’s courses. The B.A. course is offered in 8 specializations and the B.Sc. course is offered in 9 specializations. Applications to the B.A., B.Sc. and B. Com (honor’s) courses are accepted from candidates who have sufficient marks in the qualifying examination. Admission to the B. A., B.Sc. and B. Com Honor’s courses will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying 10+2 examination.

1. The merit list will be drawn up by Kalyani Mahavidyalaya based on the applicants’ performance in 10+2 examinations.
2. Candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories receive a relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum marks required to satisfy the eligibility criteria.
3. While preparing the merit list, the scores in the main five subjects will be taken into account. One of these five subjects must be English.
4. Reservation under Sports Quota is also available subject to 1 seat in Honour’s course.
