Yes, applications can be made for the Entrance Test. On clearing the entrance exam, a provisional admission shall be allowed but the admission will only be confirmed when the mark sheet with eligible aggregate will be produced to the University.

What documents does a student who is not a former student of the University of Delhi need to produce?

Students from any university other than the University of Delhi shall produce a Transfer Certificate. If the student is migrating from anywhere outside NCT of Delhi, he must also produce the Migratory Certificate along with the Transfer Certificate.
