Bachelor of Education [B.Ed] From KC Gurukul College of Education, Jammu

The admission to one year B. Ed degree course is open to the candidates who fulfill the following conditions and qualifications:

Academic Requirement:

• The candidate who has passed B.A /B.Sc/B.Com examination degree of 3 years duration under 10+2+3 pattern of education from Jammu University or an equivalent examination of any other recognized University.

• B A./B.Sc /B.Com. examination through 10+2+2 or 10+2+3 pattern followed by successful completion of the Bridge course of one-year duration from Jammu University or any other recognized University.

• B A /B.Sc./B.Com examination through 10+2+2 or 10+2+3 pattern followed by a Masters Degree in any discipline of Jammu University or any other recognized University.

• Graduation in the faculties of Social Science/ Engineering/Medical/ Agriculture /Veterinary Science/ Forestry & Music and Fine Arts of the University of Jammu or any other statutory University in India and have secured at least 45% of the aggregate marks in the qualifying examination in case of general category.

• For SC/ST candidates who are permanent residents of J&K and belong to area falling under the jurisdiction of Jammu University, the eligibility will be 40% of the aggregate marks in the qualifying examination
