Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is one of the best institute for Business Studies and the college is affiliated under Delhi University and has completed its first phase placement season for 2021-22 batch. Till now 158 offers have been made by 27 participating recruiters. There has been 109% increase in the Gross CTC which stood at INR 14.63 Cr. and the Highest CTC stood at INR 21.5 LPA whereas the Average CTC stood at INR 9.26 LPA.

During the placement drive of 2021 the Highest CTC stood at INR 19.25 LPA and the Average CTC stood at INR 9 LPA whereas the Median CTC stood at INR 9.74 LPA and the Gross CTC stands at INR 7 Cr. More than 80 students were offered jobs, mostly in investment banking, analytics, consultancy, and finance Sectors.The Bain Capability Network stood as the largest recruiter with 20 offers.

40+ Companies participated in the SSCBS recruitment drive including prominent establishments like Deloitte, Zomato, Mckinsey and Company and Dabur. Some of the new companies were IHS Markit, Bridge to India and Quintics Management Consultancies.

SSCBS Placements 2022 Report

As per the data collected by Collegedunia, following is the report of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies Placements 2021:

During the 2021 placement drive, 40+ companies recruited 80 students in the sectors like Banking, Consulting and Finance Sectors. 13 new recruiters like IHS Markit, Quintics Management Consultancies, Bridge to India and many more participated in the recruitment process. 

In the placement drive of 2021, there was 21%, 7% and 62.3% increase in the average, highest and median package respectively whereas the Gross CTC stood at INR 7 Cr. and the highest CTC stood at INR 19.25 LPA which was offered by DE Shaw group and the average and median CTC stood at INR 9 LPA and 9.74 LPA respectively.

The maximum number of Job opportunities were made by The Bain Capability Network which provided 20 offers and other major recruiters include Accenture Strategy, KPMG, Deloitte USI and Everest Group provided multiple offers to the students for the front-end consulting domain.

Multiple Pre-Placement offers were provided by companies like Goldman Sachs, IHS Markit, EY, bod and many others.

Within the last 3 years, there has been an increase in the number of students placed. The institute hasn’t yet concluded its 2021 placements, however, till now (Phase-1) over 80 students have already been placed.

During the 2020 placement drive, 57 companies participated and provided 180 offers and 91.79% students were placed.

In the recruitment drive of 2020, the highest CTC stood at INR 18 LPA whereas the average CTC stood at INR 7 LPA.

KPMG provided maximum number of offers i.e- 16 offers and some other top recruiters are Goldman Sachs, Bain Capability Centre, Dabur, Goldman Sachs and many more.
