MMICT & BM offers undergraduate level Diploma and B.Sc program in various specializations. The basic eligibility criteria for B.Sc and BHMCT is a pass in 10+2 with minimum 45% marks. Candidates must also have English as a compulsory subject at 10+2 level. Diploma candidates are only required to pass the 10+2 level qualifying exam. Selections are done on the basis of 10+2 marks and institute level counselling.

MMICT & BM offers M.Sc. program in Dietetics & Nutrition under its PG wing. The basic eligibility criterion is a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 45% marks. Preference is given to those candidates who have completed a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management.
