JBIMS does not have its own hostel facility but offers accommodation through the University of Mumbai's JS Hall Boys Hostel at Marine Drive, close to Churchgate station. The hostel is available for students from outside Mumbai and is allocated on a merit basis. There are 25 seats available for boys, with rooms shared by three students each. Essential amenities such as beds, tables, chairs, and wardrobes are provided, and meals are included.

Hostel fees are affordable at 8000 INR per year. Students from within Mumbai typically live at home or in rented accommodations, with rents ranging from 5,000 to 12,000 INR per month.
