Gurusahay Deosharan Memorial College has been established by some of the most renowned social workers who have been striving hard to educate people across all sections of the society. Earlier Shri Bhola Prasad Singhji used to manage the college. He was the Ex Bihar State Minister. Later, the management of College was taken up by Late Shri Dulari Singh who was not only a renowned socialist leader but also Ex panchayat Pradhan. Located on the Patna Ranchi National Highway, this college has been attracting a large number of students from far and wide areas.
