Imphal College, Manipur was established in the year 1952, the college was established as an Arts college at Mandop, Nongmeibung, Imphal. The college was established for impart idealistic education in the evening for the young & employed students with deprived economic background. The college was recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) in the year 1980. The college is affiliated to Manipur University, Canchipur, Imphal and is also accredited by NAAC.
