Step 1: Enter all the details Online by browsing URL http://kea.kar.nic.in on the web by selecting "PGCET". After completion of all the details candidates will receive an application ID and Password to their registered email address.
Step 2: Upload the scanned copy of the recent passport size Colour Photo and Signature in JPEG format separately. Fill in the details with the utmost care.
Step 3: Download and take the printout of the Challan copy which is the triplicate. Candidates of Karnataka origin have to pay an amount of INR 650/- for General/OBC & INR 500/- for SC/ST. The candidates have to pay the requisite fee in any of the branches of specified Banks. The Bank will retain its copy of the Challan and handover the remaining two copies of the Challan to the candidates.
Step 4: After ascertaining the payment details from the bank, candidates will be allowed to download the Admission Ticket.

Caste/Caste Income Certificate | Candidates seeking reservation benefit should produce a Caste Certificate in Form ‘D’ in case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes; in Form ‘E’ in case of Category -1; a Caste Income Certificate in Form ‘F’ for Other Backward Classes such as 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B, issued by the concerned Jurisdictional Tahasildar, in accordance with the Government order No. Sa Ka E 225 BCA 2000 dated 30th March 2002, as amended from time to time. Study Certificate | Study Certificate to show that the candidate has studied in Karnataka for a minimum period of SEVEN years from 1st standard to 12th standard or qualifying examination issued by the Head of the institution. Further, School study certificates should be countersigned by the concerned Block Educational Officer (BEO)/Deputy Director of Public Instructions (DDPI) compulsorily. Rural Study Certificate | Candidates who claim a seat under rural category will have to obtain a rural study certificate from the respective school / high school issued by the head of the institution which should be Countersigned by the concerned Block Educational Officer (BEO). |

Any graduate or post graduate in arts, science, commerce, business management, allied sciences, engineering and technology, medical sciences of this University or from any other university considered equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission to the course. Further, the applicant shall have a minimum of 50% in the qualifying examination. A relaxation of 5% is available for SC/ST.
