Xavier Institute of Engineering (XIE), Mumbai Application Process 2023
Mode of Application is offline. The students can apply by following the given steps given as under:
- Download the application form available on the college website.
- Fill the application form and submit the same to the college office.
- An application fee of INR 1000 is to be paid at the time of submitting the application form.
- Mode of payment is through cash. If otherwise, candidates will be informed by institute.
The following are the required documents to be submitted at the time of application:
- MHT-CET Score Card.
- HSC Marks sheet and Passing Certificate.
- SSC Marks sheet and Passing Certificate.
- Leaving Certificate.
- Certificate of Indian Nationality in the name of the candidate OR College Leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality as 'Indian' OR Birth Certificate issued by appropriate Authorities.
- Maharashtra State Domicile Certificate OR Birth Certificate indicating the place of Birth is Maharashtra OR College Leaving Certificate indicating Birth Place is in Maharashtra.
- Application Registration printout of CAP ( DTE ) indicating Application ID No.
- Aadhaar Card.
- Physical / Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner.
- Migration Certificate and XII Passing Certificate (applicable for those passed XII Examination from other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education).
- Gap Certificate (if applicable).

Xavier Institute of Engineering (XIE), Mumbai Reservation Criteria 2023
- 51% of the available 60 seats (per branch) are allotted to the minority category students.
- Other reservation criteria are considered during the counselling process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra, along with the MHT – CET scores. These categories include Kashmiri migrants, sports quota, etc.
- The exact percentage of reservation of seats will be announced before the counselling process by the DTE, Maharashtra.
Xavier Institute of Engineering (XIE), Mumbai Scholarship 2023
- All students belonging to SC, ST, VJ, NT, OBC & SBC admitted through Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) are eligible for obtaining a scholarship.
- However, they must fulfill the following conditions and produce the following relevant documents (in duplicate with attestation) as given below:
- Admission to the course should be through CAP only.
- S.SC. & H.S.C. Mark sheet / Previous Year Mark sheet.
- Caste Certificate & Caste Validity Certificate.
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid up to March 31, 2021.
- Ration card (first & last page).
- Income Certificate of the family for the year 2016-17 from a Tahsildar, which is valid up to March 31, 2021.
- Gap Certificate, if applicable.
- Leaving Certificate.
- Domicile Certificate, if applicable.
