Candidates who have to appear in JEE Main or GATE shall fill the application form for the same through its website and must visit the website of DTE, PM to register for the counselling session.

• Scorecard of JEE (Mains)

• Migration, Transfer, and Character Certificate

• M.P Domicile Certificate

• Caste Certificate

• Latest Income Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC)

• Gap Certificate (if required)

• Passport size photographs- 7

For M.Tech course:

• Mark sheet of Graduation (VII and VIII semester)

• Scorecard of GATE

• Mark sheet of 10th & 12th class

• M.P Domicile certificate

• Migration, Transfer, and Character Certificate

• Copy of Aadhaar Card

• Caste Certificate

• Latest Income Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC)

• Passport size photographs- 7

• Gap Certificate (if required)

Must have passed 10^th with recognized board.
