Mar Thoma College offers UG courses in BBA with 30 seats, BA with 30 seats, B.Com with 40 seats and B.Sc in 4 specializations with 120 seats.

For admission into B.Sc. and BBA, a candidate must have completed 10+2 examination and minimum 45% marks with relevant subject from a recognized board of education. For admission into BA, a candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with English as one of the subjects. For admission into B.Com, a student must have completed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a major subject.

Admission is done on the basis of merit followed by centralized allotment process.
