The candidates of B.Tech are selected as per their performance in CET along with the marks obtained in JEE whereas the MBA admission is done only by the marks obtained in CET by the candidates.

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) Delhi UG Admission 2023

At the UG level the college only offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with various specializations. The programme takes four years to complete the duration period. Candidates interested in the programme, need to pass in 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, to fulfil the eligibility criteria.

In order to seek admission in B.Tech, applicants need to appear in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), conducted for admission to various engineering colleges and courses all over the country. The college runs a common entrance test (CET) to make the selection for in B.Tech programme. The candidates are selected as per the performance in CET along with the marks obtained in JEE by them.

MAIT - BEST COLLEGE IN IPU FOR BTECH

Admission:

To get admission to the BTech course in MAIT (part of GGSIPU) you have to clear the JEE exam which is held twice annually and according to the previous years' cutoff of MAIT, you can get to know a vague idea of the stream you might get here. In case, your rank is too low to even enter in the last course you can opt for admission through the management system. You have to pay a little extra but it can secure you a seat regardless of your rank. The reservation system is also followed here. The college takes admission through JEE, after JEE advanced result, you need to fill GGSIPU counselling form to get admission (around June) there were 4 rounds and 2 spot rounds during my time, and a rank below 100,000 may get you CS if you are from Delhi

Admission:

Candidates should be eligible after class 12. The entrance name is JEE Main. Application fees and dates will be updated on jeemain.nta.in. Best of luck IIT JEE aspirants. Everyone should give this entrance to become a good engineer.
