Carefully fill out the form.
Upload scanned images of passport size photograph and signature, each in JPEG format, not exceeding 50 KB in size and 120px X 120px in dimensions.
After filling up all the details in the application click on the ‘save’ button to save the details.
After verifying all the details click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Make a note of the application number for future reference.

Log in again and fill out the form
Upload scanned images of photographs and signature
A fee of 650 INR (325 INR for reserved categories) will be charged/ It is to be paid through Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI or Paytm.
