The institute offers admission to six specializations under the B.Tech course. The course, which has a duration of four years, admits 600 students.

Specializations

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should have passed 10+2 in the Science stream.
• The candidate should have secured at least 45% marks.
• For selection, the candidate has to take either the GUJ-CET or JEE Main.

How to apply for GUJ-CET?

Candidates who are eligible for admission have to take the GUJ-CET or JEE Main. The registration process for both are given below:

• First, register at the website: gujcet.gseb.org. Registration is compulsory for first-time users.
• Pay a fee of 300 INR online through credit card, debit card, or Net banking.
• Carefully fill out the form.
• Upload scanned images of passport size photograph and signature, each in JPEG format, not exceeding 50 KB in size and 120px X 120px in dimensions.
• After filling up all the details in the application click on the ‘save’ button to save the details.
• After verifying all the details click on the ‘Submit’ button.
• Make a note of the application number for future reference.

How to apply for JEE- Main?

 Candidates who are eligible for admission have to take the JEE Main. The application process is given below:

• Visit the official website of JEE- Main
• Register for the online application form
• Make a note of the system-generated application number
• Create a password
• Log in again and fill out the form
• Upload scanned images of photographs and signature
• A fee of 650 INR (325 INR for reserved categories) will be charged/ It is to be paid through Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI or Paytm.
• Keep a printout of the application form for future use.

The institute invites applicants for admission to two specializations under the M.Tech course. It has an intake of 36 students.

• The candidate needs to have a B.Tech degree in the relevant field.
• The candidate needs to take the GATE or the PGCET.

How to apply for PGCET?

• The candidate has to acquire a PIN cover by paying 500 INR in cash to any branch of ICICI Bank.
• For online registration, visit www.gujacpcadm.nic.in/.
• After online registration, submit a printout of the registration form and self-attested photo copies of the required documents at a nearby Help Centre and get an acknowledgement slip-cum- hall ticket for PGCET.

How to apply for GATE?

 Those who are eligible for admission have to take the GATE. The registration process for it is given below:

• Visit the official website
• Register through the link by entering the candidate’s name, email ID and mobile number.
• After the form is submitted, an enrolment ID will be sent to the candidate’s mobile number.
• Fill out the application form.
• A fee of 1,500 INR (750 INR for women and reserved categories) will be charged. It is to be paid online.
• Download the form and keep a printout for future reference.

GATE counselling

Candidates who take the GATE will have to go for CCMT counselling. To apply, follow the given steps:

• Register at the official website
• Fill out the application form
• Pay the registration fee of 2,200 INR (1,700 INR for reserved categories)
• Click on “I agree”
• Start entering your choices. When it is done, lock the choices
