CSIR- Institute of Mineral and Material Technology situated in Orissa was established in the year 1964 in Odessa. The university status was granted under AICTE (all India council for technical education). The institute offers several doctoral courses in engineering and science.

Ans. Yes, it does provide hostel facilities for all the staff members and students. those facilities are held inside the campus itself. The green and environmentally friendly atmosphere give a comfortable living in hostels.
