Brindavan College of Engineering offers Bachelor of Engineering (BE) course with five specializations with a duration of four years. The minimum eligibility for applying to B.E. is a pass in class 12^th with Physics and Mathematics as necessary subjects and Chemistry or Bio-Technology or Computer Science or Biology or Electronics as one of the subjects with 45% marks in aggregate. The selection to all the BE specializations will be done through merit in the KCET qualifying examination.

Key Note:

• Candidates from SC/ST/OBC category of Karnataka have to obtain at least 40% marks in the optional subjects, given the candidate has studied English as one of the subjects.

Brindavan College of Engineering also offers M.Tech.  with two specializations, M.BA. and MCA courses with a duration of two years each. For applying to M. Tech., the candidate must have passed B.E. or B.Tech. or AMIE degree in the related discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. The selection will be made on the basis of merit in GATE/ PGCET following which there will be a central counseling conducted by the authorized body. For making an application to MBA the candidate has to be a graduate with a minimum of 50% marks in any field and for MCA the candidate must have done bachelor’s with 50% marks and should have a related elective subject.  The selections for MBA and MCA, both will be made on the basis of any Nation level entrance exam/State level exam/PGCET/K-MAT score.

Key Note:

• The minimum aggregate marks for SC/ST/OBC should not be less than 40%.
• Candidates who have qualified GATE will be eligible for scholarship through AICTE.
• A few seats are available under the sponsored and management quota.
• SC/ST & Cat-I category candidates of Karnataka should have at least 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination for being eligible to apply to MBA.
