A. Entry Level Merit Scholarship
Scholarship on the basis of JEE Mains score or XII Class %

| 85-100 | 90-100 | 20% |
| 75-85 | 85-90 | 15% |
| 65-75 | 80-85 | 10% |
B. Anand Merit Scholarship
Scholarship in each semester based on the RTU result.
| B.Tech Marks in Each Semester | Scholarship (% of Tuition Fee) |
| 90-100 | 20% |
| 85-90 | 15% |
| 80-85 | 10% |
C. Abroad Training Scholarship
The institute also extends Abroad Training Scholarship to the qualifying students for industrial training at renowned institutions overseas.
