AH Rizvi Degree College has a vision to educate the rural area & does not differentiate based on caste or creed. The academics include Arts & Science, B. Ed. & BTC.The Chairman & President Dr. A.H.Rizvi  who is also the founder holds a doctorate from the University of Mumbai & a diploma in business management. He is a Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) & President of Nationalist Congress Party for Uttar Pradesh in 2003.
