RIMS Ranchi MBBS Admission 2023
The institute offers MBBS course at the UG level, minimum eligibility criteria is a candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry subjects with 50% aggregate (40% in case of reserved categories).
Candidates holding a three-years B.Sc degree from a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology including as practical subjects can also apply.
Selection is done on the basis of performance in NEET or JCECE. 85% of candidates are selected through JCECE (State level examination) and 15% of candidates are selected through NEET.

- The minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years as on December 31, 2016.
- The upper age limit is 25 years (Relaxable up to 5 years for reserved categories).
- For JCECE, the candidates should be a citizen of India and local or permanent residence of Jharkhand state.
- Candidates will be required to produce the local or permanent residence certificate at the time of counselling.
- Document verification will be done at the time counselling, the candidates failing to provide all the required documents will not be considered.

- Candidates are required to fill in all the personal details, educational details, and entrance examination details while filling the form.
- Based on the ranks obtained in the entrance examination. they will be called for the counselling process.
- Final selection list will be available at the official website, candidates are required to pay the fee before the notified date. Failing to do the same would cause rejection of candidature and seat shall be offered to next on waiting list.
