Intership is recommended highly because you get a sufficient chance to explore yourself and get a master's in the area just because the arrival of the patient is very high also senior is very cooperative and faculty members also. You taught every minor step in the intership program and you do practice in every department. In cons, I mentioned the hight difficult night schedule and lack of management in hospital.
