Mysore Medical College Admission 2024: Dates, Cutoff, Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Application Process

Mysore Medical College offers a four and a half year MBBS course along with 1-year medical internship. Applicants who wish to take admission in the course must have passed 10+2 in PCB with minimum 50% marks from any recognized board.

Admission in 85% of seats will be done on the score of KCET and the rest of the 15% seats are filled on the basis of a valid score in NEET.

• Applicants must be 17 years of age as on or before December 31 of the academic year.
• The domiciles of Karnataka are eligible for admission through the respective quota under the 85% of the total seats.
• Only 15% of the seats are open to applicants from other states of the country.
• Candidates applying under SC/ ST categories must have a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination.

Mysore Medical College offers MD in 11 and MS in 2 specializations at the PG level. The basic eligibility criterion to apply is an MBBS degree with minimum 50% marks from any recognized medical college.

Selection of the candidates is done in two criteria; 75% of the total intake is based on the score of the entrance examination conducted by RGUHS while 25% are filled through NEET PG.
