MIMER is a reputed Medical College and Hospital located in Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. It currently offers MBBS and MD/MS programs to eligible candidates in various disciplines of medicine and surgery. The current intake for the MBBS program is 150 seats. All programs offered by the institute are recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
It was established in 1995 by MAEER’s (Maharashtra Academy of Engineering Education and Research) MIT Pune. Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education and Research was originally affiliated to the University of Pune, but it is now under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.

MIMER offers MBBS degree program to eligible candidates seeking admission to undergraduate level medical programs in Pune, Maharashtra. The basis eligibility criteria for admission to the program is a pass in 10+2 in science stream with English as a subject, and minimum 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology combined.
