KMC Manipal has a total of 3 hostels out of which one is for first years while two are for remaining students. Only one of these hostels has an air conditioning facility.

Nehru-A boys hostel: It's considered to be the best hostel of KMC although it has no AC and accommodates on 1st yrs. There are MBBS, BDS, Pharma, and students of Allied health sciences in this hostel. The rooms of this hostel are double occupancy. Other facilities include an internal canteen, 2 badminton Courts and a library. Curfew rules are imposed on first-year students. For the first month, the time at night was 9:30. For the second month, it was 10:30., then 11:30, and at last, it will remain 12am throughout.
Nehru-B, C: It’s only for M.B.B.S. students from the second year and this too has no AC facility. The curfew timings are also the same as 12 a.m.
Amartya Sen Hostel: It's the only AC hostel for students of all courses. The curfew timings are the same as others. Additionally, this hostel has LAN access and WiFi, compared to only wifi of other hostels.
