The college also offers paramedical and grade nursing programs. JLNMC, Bhagalpur is affiliated to Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU), Patna.

Admission to MBBS program is offered on the basis of NEET score followed by National Level counselling. Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Bio Chemistry and English with minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply.
