- Admissions to JJM Medical College, Karnataka are based on the valid scores in the entrance exams.
- Eligibility for MBBS courses is 10 + 2 passed with PCMB as the main subjects. The same for MD/ MS courses is MBBS with 50% marks in it. For Diploma and PG Diploma, eligibility criteria are also MBBS passed with a minimum of 50% marks.

- For admission in MBBS, candidates must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English and for MD/MS/PG Diploma the candidate must have secured 50% marks in the relevant stream of MBBS.
- First and foremost, the candidate has to appear for the respective entrance exam i.e., NEET UG, NEET PG conducted by the National Test Agency (NTA).
- After securing the required percentile (or marks in case of Diploma/PG diploma), the candidate needs to register for All India Quota (AIQ) NEET counseling.
