Assam Medical College is an educational institution in Dibrugarh, Assam, India. It was the first and oldest medical institutes of the NE region of India
The college offers Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at undergraduate level, and Master of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) at postgraduate level to the aspiring candidates who want to pursue their career in the field of Medical Science.
Admission in MBBS is done on the basis of marks obtained in NEET UG, and for MD and MS eligible candidates will have to appear in NEET PG conducted by NBE.

Assam Medical College MBBS Admission 2023
Assam Medical College offers Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) to the candidates who want to pursue their career in the field of Medical. The course, thus offered is for 5.5 years including internship. The total intake capacity is 170 seats.
Admission in MBBS is done through NEET UG. Eligible candidates will have to appear in National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by CBSE. Those who aspire to give entrance test can visit the official website of NEET
Assam Medical College MD and MS Admission 2023
At postgraduate level, Assam Medical College offers Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) in 20 specializations each. The duration period for each of the specializations is three years. The total number of seats available depends upon the nature of specializations.
Eligible candidates will have to appear in NEET PG conducted by the National Board of Education (NBE). However, in order to meet the eligibility criteria candidates must hold Graduate Degree in MBBS from any recognized university.

- Application fees has to be paid ONLINE for both NEET UG and NEET PG, through net-banking or credit/debit card

b) Rs 750 for SC/ST/PH candidates
