- The Master of Science in Mathematics program consists of course work plus a Major Research Paper (MRP) or Thesis
- The MSc in Mathematics program trains students for future work in research, industry, business, or government, and provides a strong background in foundational areas of mathematics
- The faculty members are experts in topology, analysis, combinatorics and graph theory, industrial and applied mathematics, with research in scheduling, computational problems, numerical mathematics, and optimization
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic eligibility:
- Applicants must hold an Honours BA or BSc normally in Mathematics or in a combined honours program with a Mathematics major and at least a 75% average on the last ten full (20 semester) courses completed at the time of application, or equivalent qualifications to be considered for admission.
Indian students eligibility:
- Applicants must hold All India Senior School Certificate awarded by CBSE/Indian School Certificate (awarded by CISCE) (Year 12 State Board Exams with excellent results will also be considered individually)
- Prerequisites: English; Mathematics; one of Biology, Chemistry or Physics
Applicant must have qualified any one of the language tests IELTS/TOEFL to prove English language proficiency.
