Cape Breton University Programs: Tuition fees, Ranking, Scholarships, Application Deadlines & Entry Requirements

This is a so-called university, which offered me a Post-graduation in petroleum engineering in my offer letter, as I have my degree certificate now in that they have mentioned as Bachelors of Petroleum engineering. I don't know how this is fair to me I already have a bachelor's in chemical engineering, now this is done they are not going to change it.
