Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a four-year baccalaureate non-business degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- A grade point average of 5.0/9.0 (B or equivalent) in the work of the last two years (30 units) leading to the bachelor’s degree.
- All applicants complete the following business courses at UVic or equivalent from another institution with an average of at least B (5.0) across all five, and a minimum grade of B- (4.0) in each individual course:
- COM 202 Financial Accounting 1
- COM 220 Organizational Behaviour
- COM 240 Management Finance
- COM 250 Fundamentals of Marketing
- COM 317 Management Accounting 1
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete a Bachelor’s (4 years) non-business degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- The minimum grade score for a degree should be 7/10 (60%), first class.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
