The faculty and staff at UBC are absolutely compassionate and driven in their courses. The professors go above and beyond for their students and progress throughout the course at a reasonable pace. They really care for their students.
Hostel :
Yes, great single room and a shared bathroom with one other person. The cost is $6000 per semester. And all facilities like floor lounge, communal fridge and tv are provided. As well as high-speed internet access.
