It was close to home and it had a specific Legal Studies program, which is what I wanted to do before law school, which I hope to attend after my undergraduate degree. It is also more affordable than some other schools in Ontario.
Course Curriculum
The course curriculum is practical and not too difficult. For the most part, I enjoy the material. I am learning a lot and I feel as though I am being prepared for my future. I hope to attend law school after my undergraduate degree.
Exams
I did not take any entrance exams because in Canada that is not necessary to attend a Canadian university or college.
Fees
Approximately 6 thousand dollars a year. Broken down are the courses, the health, and wellness center, and transportation, among other services.
Examination Structure
In my first year, the majority of my exams have been multiple choice. Also, there are some short answer and long answer questions. The questions relate to the class material the class readings and are reasonable.
Faculty
The faculty is friendly and helpful. Most of my professors and TAs have been reasonable in marking assignments, midterms, and exams. The professors are intelligent and knowledgable in the material they teach.
