Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students have to complete High school graduation or a minimum of 17 years of age by the end of the first month of studies in the semester of entry to Douglas College.
- Students must have a GPA of 2.0 on a 4.33 scale.
- Students hold a minimum overall grade average of 60% (or equivalent) in the final year of high school.
- Students acquire a minimum final grade of “C” or 60% (or equivalent) in Grade 11 Mathematics or equivalent for most programs.
- Students also have BC Precalculus 12 with a minimum grade of B.
Language Requirements:
- The students must be able to understand and fluently speak the language of instruction (English) in the program. Proof of linguistic proficiency may be required.
- The students whose official language is not English must submit the English Language Proficiency scores like IELTS or TOEFL.
- If the student does not meet the language requirements they can take English Language Learning and Acquisition (ELLA) program and complete it and pursue this program.

- College Transcripts - The marks statement provided by the education board after completion of the previous academic qualifications.
