Important Dates
The application deadline for Semester 1 (February to June) is 30 November to begin the study.
If students receive excellent results throughout undergraduate Animal Science degree, students may be eligible to undertake Honours in Animal Science. Working closely with an academic, students will undertake an intensive research project on a topic of students choice, and further develop research ability through an advanced research skills unit.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent in the same discipline or cognate area with a Credit average (GPA 2) subject to availability of a suitable supervisor and approval by the School Dean.
- Students interested in enrolling in Honours are advised to contact the Academic Chair before application to discuss supervision of their potential research project.
