- In Diploma of Business Management specialising in Travel and Tourism covers all the practical skills student need to land a great job in the travel and tourism industry. student will learn about the current and future direction of tourism, the laws that affect the industry, the A to Z of codes used in airline reservations, ticketing, eco and specialist tourism and will get to visit a local travel consultant or a major tour operator and learn about how a travel agency operates.
- There is a focus on action and experiential learning including interactive presentations, industry specific case studies, team work, individual assignments and real world projects which stimulate innovative thinking. The course will encourage student to step out of the comfort zone and explore new ideas thereby helping student to develop resilience, adaptability and self-confidence.

- The entry requirements for Macleay include qualification equivalent to an Australian Year 12 with the required entry grade, plus English language comparable to Academic.
- Applicants may also be invited to an interview as part of the final application process.
